Use NeuroGraphica to make new connections in your brain and re-draw your life

Why NeuroGraphica?
Using NeuroGraphica facilitates new connections in your brain, meaning that you can handle situations and challenges that used to leave you baffled with a new clarity and new resources.

Do you wish you could re-draw your life and coax its tensions and tangles to transform into the most exquisite beauty that it’s capable of becoming?

You can do this both in the moment, and over a longer timespan, using NeuroGraphica, a transformational method that gives you access to the deeper layers of your psyche through the medium of drawing, using nothing more complicated than a sheet of paper, a marker and some colour pencils.

Advantages
Since fully one half of your brain (and your entire nervous system) does not communicate in words, using a visual medium allows your thought processes fuller scope to unfold using the language of symbols that Carl G. Jung described as “the language of the soul.”

Like poetry, Neurographica deals with a larger and deeper domain of experience than can be talked about.

Imagine if you could do structured journaling, but without words, using drawing instead of writing.

Your time with a marker in your hand becomes a place of communion and reflection, weaving together the dreams in your heart, the thoughts in your mind and the visceral vigour in your body.

Who is NeuroGraphica for
Because NeuroGraphica only uses simple geometric shapes, no drawing skills or art-making experience are needed to get started.

If you’re a private person who prefers to explore your innermost thoughts and feelings with discrete guidance that allows you to maintain a degree of privacy, or if you prefer to figure things out for yourself, the NeuroGraphica methodology will be an invaluable addition to your toolkit.

NeuroGraphica provides a powerful and accessible method that helps you create the life you want for yourself. It puts a tool into your hands that equips you to take better care of yourself, helps you problem-solve and think creatively about what you want and how you can achieve it.

In traditional art, what matters is the final image.

What matters most with a NeuroGraphica drawing is the change in your inner state, the uplift in your mood and the new perspectives and insights the process brings you.
Applications
Practitioners report improvements in health, relationships, finances and overall well-being.

In fact, NeuroGraphica can be applied to any aspect of life and work, with tangible positive results.
In practice
The method involves creating and reflecting on abstract drawings which represent a past, current or future life situation or experience that you wish to change or enhance.

The process stimulates a shift in the way you think and feel about the situation, engendering new perspectives and generating new options for action. Your drawing and your perspective change with every new line, bringing new insights and a renewed sense of harmony.

Despite its simplicity, the method taps into profound resonances in the depths of the human psyche, and has been shown to alter users’ brainwave patterns.

It facilitates seeing into one’s own nature to find answers to life’s problems and conundrums. In this sense, it can be called a Zen practice.

Origins
The NeuroGraphica method was pioneered by doctor of psychology and master coach Prof Pavel Piskarev in 2014.

On the psychology side, the NeuroGraphica method draws inspiration from trailblazers such as Carl G. Jung, author of Archetypal psychology, and Roberto Assagioli, founder of Psychosynthesis psychology, among others.

In terms of artistic heritage, NeuroGraphica taps into movements such as Expressionist, Symbolist and Abstract art.
