What could you do if you trusted yourself more? If your faith in yourself was unshakable?

The course
We meet in intimate groups of five to create an unprecendented level of confidence for you
  • 6 weekly online LIVE sessions
    Each session begins with a short introduction (~10mins), with the rest of the 1.5 hour devoted to addressing YOUR specific challenges
  • Small groups of five
    Keeping the group small allows you to get individual attention at every session
  • Flexible format, so we can work with what's important to you
    Each session will introduce a new angle to approach confidence from. We'll have flexibility around those, so the course can tackle the aspects that are most important to you

Faith in your ability to take care of your needs, and to reach out for help when your personal resources need a boost, is central to an enjoyable life.
