Learning side-by-side has advantages
Listening to a fellow-traveller speaking of their obstacles and concerns, and hearing their obstacles dealt with, is great for those who are less keen on being the centre of attention.
Oftentimes, their obstacles are your obstacles, and you go through the process of discovering new pathways 'by proxy', by watching them thinking things through.
Scope to raise the issues important to you
Group coaching is a flexible format.
Everyone in the session/s shares the overall theme, so it is valuable to all to include the scenario you're working through.
I aim to provide opportunities for everyone with a 'live' topic to get it addressed.
You share the learning, and the expense
The luxury of working with a coach one-to-one may not be right for you at this point.
Coaching in a group setting is very worthwhile, and you can always book the odd individual session to sort out any particularly troublesome niggles.
